Payment

We accept two means of payment, including Paypal and credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card). You need to make a full payment including shipping & handling fees. All payments must be prepaid and we do not accept C.O.D payment.


1.   The Payment by Paypal

If you wish to make payment via Paypal.com, we only ship to Paypal.com verified confirmed address. This helps maintain a safe on-line shopping experience for everyone. We will put the order on-hold until PayPal has cleared the payment.

If we still do not receive any payment within 3 days, then we will send a PayPal Money Request email to you. If you do not respond to our PayPal Money Request, then we reserve the right to cancel the order.


2. The Payment by Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, the billing address on your order form must match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed.

The charge for this purchase will appear under BILATEKS on your next credit card statement. By choosing to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card, you agree that your credit card will be billed by BILATEKS for your purchase. You agree not to hold BILATEKS responsible for any non-billing issues such as damaged or defective products, RMA, exchanges, customer service, incorrect orders and shipping. You agree to not hold BILATEKS liable for any damages you suffer resulting from the purchase or the use of the product.

Orders outside of California will not be taxed.
