Order and Payment

• What type of payment do you accept?
  We accept PayPal, credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard) and check.
• Can I add an item to or remove an item from my order?
  You may change or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment and sent to the warehouse. Once your order has been sent to the warehouse we cannot make any changes. To make changes to your order you may send e-mail to sales@bilabila.com.
• Why did my payment not go through?
  When you pay through Credit, sometimes you may meet this issue that the transaction is declined by AVS Mismatch. Please make sure your address is correct.
• Can I cancel an order?
  Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

• How long will it take for my item to reach me?
